What are the minimum terms for your packages?
We offer flexible engagements with a simple monthly agreement. There are no long-term lock-in contracts, giving you the freedom to scale your service as your business grows.
Can I switch between packages later?
Absolutely. If your transaction volume increases or you need more frequent updates, you can move between weekly, monthly, or quarterly packages with 30 days' notice.
What software do you support?
We are specialists in Xero and MYOB. We can help with your initial setup, data migration from other platforms, and ongoing management to ensure complete accuracy.
How do your billing cycles work?
Fixed-fee packages are billed in advance at the start of each period (weekly, monthly, or quarterly). Hourly and one-off services are invoiced upon completion with 7-day terms.
